Wine Descriptions

VRANKEN Brut Rosé Champagne Demoiselle Grand Cuvée:  Elegant and classy, shows spice, orange and berry flavors that build in intensity on the palate. Vibrant and long, with a mouthwatering finish.

ROEDERER ESTATE Brut Anderson Valley L'Ermitage: Clean and refreshing, with vibrant spicy pear, ginger and a touch of pineapple, finishing with a hint of citrus. Concentrated and youthful, this wine may benefit from short-term cellaring.

LOUIS ROEDERER Brut Champagne Premier: Notes of red berries and apple cavort in this fresh Champagne which is crisp and balanced.

HEIDSIECK MONOPOLE Brut Champagne Blue Top: Elegant and expressive, this delivers floral, pear and toffee flavors matched to a creamy texture. Beautifully integrated, this lingers nicely on the mineral finish.

VRANKEN Brut Champagne Diamant Blanc: Lacy and delicate, exhibiting apple, pear, coffee and mineral aromas and flavors. Very dry, this accentuates its chalklike texture on the citrus and mineral-tinged aftertaste.

POMMERY Wintertime Blanc de Noirs Wintertime is produced from a dozen Pinot Noir and Meunier grape varieties giving this refined blend a complexity and providing an excellent mature wine.

LAURENT-PERRIER Brut Nature Champagne: Ultra Firm and compact, with a narrow band of apple, toast and citrus notes.

The Chaîne de Houston kindly acknowledges and thanks Vranken Pommery America for their Champagne donations. We also thank the Tour de Champagne in the arrangement of these donations.
